some people might want to start collaborations with those around them - but with a few hours gone on a picture others might be reluctant to start again. Would it be possible to save and store 'inbetween' images on a permanent file somewhere for members 'past snapshots' before wiping to start again? smiley

You can always keep covering your image smiley This will allow you to wipe any images clean in the future if you'd like your final image to be part of a collaboration. I'm not sure if this addresses your issue, though. Let me know smiley

not quite- it would be nice to be able to save the previous image as a separate file before covering over - otherwise the inbetween pic only exists as part of the creation animationsmiley

You could always 'Print Screen' it, and save it to your computer before clearing the canvas. smiley

I think it's a great idea to be able to save frames that occur before the finish of the animation. Even with what James Grant said, it is difficult to capture a certain frame when it is running.

I have made another thread with a few suggestions that would make this possible.

If, by keeping the OMM drawing software out of private hands and only as flash on TOMM, TOMM is trying to make sure that no one cheats, I am sure that they can find some secure way to save frames onto your computer. The image is your own after all.

Now if there was a way to save anyone else's frames, I don't know if that is pushing a legal envelope, but if it could be done, it would make TOMM all the more an artistic masterpiece for individuals as a statement to a world record.

This is an interesting prospect and is one that we should look in to. Anything that will encourage people to experiment and collaborate is a good thing!
