At the moment we are all directed to the drawing software when-ever we log in.
However, I've been thinking that it might be a better idea to go directly to your profile page, so that new comments and ratings can be reviewed. A nice prominent link can be placed on the page pointing toward the drawing software so that newer members don't miss it.
Any thoughts on this? |

Sounds good, I for one always want to see if I've got any comments as soon as I log in... |

And it takes my computer ages to log into to the drawing software! I'd love it if it went straight to profile! And I don't think it's too hard to miss the drawing area... though if it could be worked that the first time you log in you go straight to the drawing area... that's just an idea too. |

I was actually just thinking about how handy it would be if we logged in onto our profile page when I logged in this morning. One of the first things I do is click on "view my profile" and check for comments/visit commenter's profiles, anyway. |

Great idea! My picture takes a long time to load nowadays. Sometimes I'm only logging in to post a reply to someones square that I was looking at before login.
Aside from showing up at the profile page after login, it may also be nice to be able to continue with anything you were working on pre-login. i.e. I was looking at messages in the community and was prompted to login in order to post. I'd like to return to that post after login. This would be particularly helpful once we have a heavier load of people posting in here toward project-end. |
