I also made the 2008 calendar! W00+!

December tends to clean me out so I don't know if I'll be able to purchase a calendar, but it's very much an honour to be selected so I'd just like to say thanks to Paul and the "calendar image picking committee", whomever they be. :)

Occupation: ugh, in transition at the moment- but possibly student soon!
Interests and Hobbies: Music, movies, board games, video games, 80's stuff, weird stuff, working with Warhammer miniatures. Am getting back into art after a very, very long hiatus.
Artists: Growing up, I really liked Robert Bateman and wanted to do similar things, but as I got older the things I wanted to do changed. Am getting back into art to a small degree, however.
Music: Anything and everything. I've liked and listened to different types of music over the years- pop, rock, industrial, 80's stuff, world, etc etc
Movies: I see a lot. I like most to varying degrees, so I don't really have set favourites for very long. "Miss Potter" is one recent film I've seen that I've liked... Yes, it was cheesy. Among other things. But nothing is ever perfect, is it? And no one but the individual can dictate what is and isn't liked personally.
Books and Writers: I'm running high on an older Stephen King novel right now- "The Eyes of the Dragon". Just finished reading Schindler's List and am in the process of tracking down all the books in the Thieve's World series.
Personal Quote: When I think of a decent one that doesn't sound too trite, I'll post it.
