About Stephanie Brown

Well, a little about me.....okay. Im 27 years old. Im married with two chilren. If I said that I was a pretty simple person Id be totally lying. Because Im an artist, Id probably bet that most people who know me would say Im dramatic and emotional. But I guess that comes with the territory. (at least Im honest!) Im a Christian, and I love the Lord with all my heart. But Id also be lying if I said Im always a "model" Christian. Life has its struggles for everyone and all I can say is that I strive to live that life, but I dont always succeed.I am also A youth Pastor along side my Husband Gabe at Victory House Church of God . (Four months now) I grew up in the mountain state and then I moved away to go to school in the Ozarks of Springfield Missouri. (Evangel University) I I lived in St. Louis during that time, which I LOVED. Then I moved to Colorado Springs and met and married my husband. Of all the places Ive been, Colorado has been my only home. I only lived there four short years and I hope to one day live there again. I dont think that I have accomplished all the goals Ive set for my life and Im not sure that I ever will. I do however, hope that I get somewhere close! Id love to make a living from my artwork, but its a longshot. Id like to have more strong Christian people in my life than i currently have. My life is pretty simple but all in all a happy one. I'd have to say that even though Im 27, Im still learning alot about myself and about life. I find it hard to trust people but when I do bond with others its deep. I have always wanted a variety of things from my life and it has been a challenge to try to fit them all together. I also feel that I have a deeper calling to missions of some kind. Id like to learn to play the guitar and I love to travel to new places! I really enjoy coffee houses and hanging out with friends. Im not extremely "outdoorsy" but if Im living in Colorado I do it all! Camping,skiing, and hiking are what give me the most joy out of life when Im there. And if it makes since, I cant describe it to you, but I also feel the closest to God when Im there as well. I enjoy reading and journaling. Ive written dozens of poems and prose. It would be really cool to publish my own stuff. I guess I feel that Im pretty well rounded.
