Crapy Days

Crapy weekend. Work and School have got me so stressed and then family. Not to mention a incensitive guy that thinks only about him. Just mad today. Man can not wait till cristmas break. to blow off some steam I decided to try out speed painting, I just finished in 2 hours, called "Love Stinks"<~ there it is. Bet you can't tell how I was feeling. I have a hard time around this time of year. Well Im done, Hope you like it.

Yes I need to wright a new bulletin, Im much better now. Things are going well. I Always have one or two bad days at this time of year. And I hear you about whole singing and dancing thing. lol, thanks agian for all the support

I hope you're feeling better now, some days have past since you wrote this bulletin... The picture is very fine, and yes transforming the emotions is a good thing, painting, drawing... but also turning the music really loud, dancing, singing... giving yourself a treat and keeping in mind that there are people who like & love you.

Thanks, I just had a bad day and needed to get it out. It sucks for me because I'm so far away from my family and I get kind of sad seeing people with their families at this time of year. I going to a girls group home on christmas and giving out things and going to sit and talk with them about how I coupe with this time of year. Hopefully it will help others deal with the stress of being in foster care most of their lifes. It helps me too, by sharing my feelings and my thoughts on things. Also Knowing that it will help others to. Well the smile is slowly comming back. I should be okay at the end of this crazy season. Thanks Agian for your support. It makes me smile someone who barley knows me is so supportive and shows so much compassion. You truely show the Christmas spirit in the things you say.

Hey, sorry to hear that you are having a bad time of it at the moment, this time of year can be stressful and emotional. I hope that it gets better for you before Christmas and that your speed paint helped you to chill out a bit. Sometimes its best to get your feelings out and down on paper either in writing or as a picture. I must admit Christmas is not my favourite time of year unless it's watching my brothers kids enjoy theirselves. Anyway well done you for a impressive picture from 2 hours work, I can imagine it was a very intense session. I hope that you get time to blow off steam and find that smile again. Cheers Mark
