I can't save my new image. It says there's an error with the connection but there's none (because I can access other sites). It was quite hard to draw the image I have just drawn and I don't want to repeat it (because I won't be able to). How do I resolve this?

I hope you got this sorted Ava. Let me know if you didn't as we have been seeing this issue on and off for a while now.
