Sorry it took so long for me to reply to this. The process you use is actually not bad. I like watching the replay for this one.
In terms of the actual picture, I reallylike the colors you chose for the eyes and the way you blend them there. The hair is very full, but I would recommend putting in highlights. The eyes are a little far apart, thought this is anime-style. Try not making the tears blue (unless they actually are). As a suggestion, either represent it with lines and lighting effects. Good job so far. I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out. |

I do not understand the rating it was given, unless perhaps a person just has a vendetta against anime of any type.
I think it's rather good myself. |

| I added a rating to my vote. I agree with Allison about the current rating. It's just not right. Beyond the anime style, there is a nice balance with the color and design that needs to be appreciated. |
