Hello I am an 13 year old girl who lives in the uk...I am writing to tell people who think they cant draw..that they CAN! If you can draw a stickman..that is drawing.
This is what my art teacher said and i believe it and thats why i am so passionate about art and animals ^^ |

| AGREED! people have the tools to draw.. just not the heart or belief and i feel that is kinda sad.. realism or naturalism is just a style.. this contemporary art scene is open about anything, have a go with anything! |

| i think its the lack of self confidence that makes people believe they cant draw,, the human imagination is limitless, and oftentimes people have mental blocks in getting their imagination into paper/or digital paper..lol |

| Draw what you feel, or as best as you can represent it,. It doesn't have to be fancy, but try to make it something you feel. Draw what you like, draw what you hate, draw what makes you laugh, cry, feel depressed, feel excited, draw your wants, your dislikes, your dreams, your reality, draw a friend, a family member, someone dear to you, someone you dislike, make someone up, but if you draw what you feel, your expression, then I believe that qualifies you as a talented artist. |

Ha ha! Don't you think thats rich coming from four such talented artists? Both my brothers are incredibly artists and never ever seemed to have to try. Whereas me and my sister...hopeless. We have other talents but art sure ain't one of them! Personally I think you get an "art" gene  |
