Like it! How cheering up is that? . . . LOADS!

I like your brushwork - on such a tricky tool palette you've done some fab linework.

Question please - your flying thingy is it a bee, is it a butterfly - it does look a little bit like a carrot? (Not that I have anything against carrots).

I think I am going to have to check out this other deviating website that others are talking about now.

Is your pic up and running yet?

Best wishes,

J

It's a fantastic picture, and I agree, it's the fine brush work that makes it so good. Really interesting one to watch back - excellent!

J West and S Wolcott, Your squares are so good. Can you consider splitting your square in two and giving us an extra picture? You obviously have a nack for this kind of thing and it would be great to see what else you can do.smiley

From a distance your square looks like a mass of colourful M & M's - yummmieeeee. Then you view in and it is a sea of v happy faces of an assortment of colours. Sweet, colourful, happy and collectively if people worked together, how this world could be.

Genius.

If you have any spare chocolate, please throw one my way. Thanks.

Jacqueline

Seeing as this concept was advertised in Metro and the Times and with all of the shouts on DeviantArt, I am a little surprised that it has not taken off even quicker. Oh well....only 999,444 pictures to go to the million! Does that not mean that from now on nearly 3,000 pictures need to be added each day to reach the one mill target? Its been a long day so maybe my sums are wrong?!

Don't fear Laura.

This has been a kind of extended test and there are literally hundreds of improvements we're working on. Some seriously clever people are now picking through every part of the site getting Version 2 ready, which will include the launch of the international versions and a streamlined donation process.

Plus we have some really really good marketing coming up. We'll make up the ground!

Everyone is creating very nice pieces. Well done.

Alright, so I created a simple abstract. What do you think of mine?

But what is kind of strange is that the image here doesn't exactly match my finished image. Maybe the system will be update later.

My little pic doesn't match my finished pic either - tis the little bug according to a moderator on another forum. But don't worry I love your square, to me it is like a comic book explosion set in the 60's.

What can I say - I just lurve purples! And I keep waiting for a POW or a THWACK to flash up quick. For something so geometric it carries a lot of movement.

Those who can enjoy their passions and follow their own path, are rather lucky - and I am trying . . .

Best wishes,

Jacqueline

Suzanne Walcott's pic is my favourite so far. Did you use a digital pen or a mouse. Either way it's quite impressive to watch on the play back.
