FUSE Violinists Linzi Stoppard & Ben Lee Headlined at Zappeion, Athens For Momentum 2009

FUSE are electric violinists Linzi Stoppard & Ben Lee Headlined at Momentum 2009 in Athens. With their original sound and approach FUSE are the most innovative string act around today. Pioneering a new method for a traditionally classical instrument while inspiring a new breed of electric violinists. FUSE are setting the bar.

The Momentum Cultural Evening is all about meeting old and new business acquaintances, allowing you to network together away from a conference room in fabulous surroundings.

This year the Cultural Evening took place in the Zappeion Exhibition Hall, situated in the city centre and surrounded by some of the most important buildings in Athens, including the Acropolis, the Parliament building, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier; and the Maximou Palace. Nearby are the National Gardens and, opposite, on the side of the Ardittos Hill, the Panathinaic Stadium; Hadrian's Arch and the ancient Temple of the Olympian Zeus.

First thing to say is that I'm ridiculously happy! Not in a smug way, mind - it's just that I find myself engaged to one of the most lovely, beautiful and special people I've ever met. Someone who supports me, helps me, takes an interest in (nearly) everything I d Work wise, my group FUSE is enjoying global exposure as the face of satellite channel C-MUSIC TV. Following some big gigs in Moscow, Chicago, Calgary, Cannes and a littler one at Glastonbury last year, we're looking forward to opening a shopping centre in Hong Kong later this year. Really!
