It is similar to the Greepeace ethos of art in campaigning in art. It is grassroots protest in art. The way it is drawn is the Islamic way of writing backwards and joined up. To me it is not word but a message from Mars if we take the green alien into perspect. 'Message from Mars' I would call it as to global emissions and largest threat to the world in global warming?

I think political comments are pretty fitting for this site. I can only imagine someone at Oxfam might be thinking something like this right now, in fact. It would be pretty disappointing if this were removed.
